Secluded Residence in Amidst Luscious Palm Trees
Posted on Tuesday, June 14th, 2011 in Architecture. There is no place as comfortable residential villa over looking to the sea. Located between São Paulo and Rio de Janeiro, on one of the islands near Paraty City, this home is integrated in a fabulous natural environment. Designed by Marcio Kogan, the two floor residence features the living room, kitchen and service area on the lower floor and bedrooms on the second volume. The topography found here sustains the architecture of the house in a successful attempt to offer the inhabitants a modern residence that penetrates nature to make room for comfortable living. The interior design is clean and modern, with highly welcoming decors. Art can also be found indoors. That is very modern residence. Via
